When you submit an enquiry or send medical reports, we may collect your name, country, contact details (WhatsApp, phone, email), patient age, and health information you choose to share, such as diagnosis and medical reports (angiogram, ECG, echocardiogram, blood tests).

How we use your information

We use your information only to review your case with DDMM Heart Institute, prepare a clinical opinion and cost estimate, coordinate your treatment and travel, and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Sharing your information

Medical information you provide is shared with the relevant clinicians at DDMM Heart Institute for the purpose of reviewing your case and planning treatment. We do not share your personal data with unrelated third parties.

Data security & retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for your care coordination or as required by law.
